At Voiceup, we offer both free and paid plans. We encourage users to try our free version to evaluate our services before upgrading to a paid subscription. Generally, all fees paid to Voiceup are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specifically stated below.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused credits within a subscription period.
3. Usage-Based Credits
Credits purchased for specific services (such as characters or minutes) are non-refundable once they have been added to your account. Credits do not have a cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
