You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes as permitted by your plan. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
• Generate content that is harmful, threatening, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without our permission.
• Impersonate individuals without their consent using our voice cloning technology.

3. Your Content and AI Output

You retain ownership of the text you submit and the audio generated through our Services. You grant us a license to process and host your content solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features are paid and billed on a subscription or usage basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. AI Limitations and Disclaimers

Our Services use artificial intelligence. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee that the outputs will always be accurate, natural, or fit for a specific purpose. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voiceup and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
